HICT 2008 Fusion Fiesta

this was the day.......actually im out of this band comp but last 2 days i decided to join again after some consideration and other members asked to join......at last im in......the comp was on 12th of july its a saturday.i practice with them for only twice.....im sick(throat infection cause fever) for the whole week before the comp and luckily i still can stand for the comp......it was a though time for the to practice the songs in a sick condition.....we are representing our college and our college host this whole event.....on that day 3 of use having a class in the morning then at noon we go for the sound test all.....the event starts at 5pm as stated but officially start at 6(MALAYSIAN TIME).....our band named 'Audio Engineers' because 3 of us are from the engineering department....and our band is the last band to perform.......it was a great night......the supporters and the crowd were amazing........because most of them are our friends...haha..because we are the home team ma......after the local band 'army of three's performance;they are also the judges for the comp...its the results time....audio engineers get 2nd place........we were so happy....especially me....haha jumping here and there.......its was my first band comp.....im so happy that my decision was correct to join the band....haha....

HICT 2008 Freedom Engineering Department's performance

it was a special day because it was USA independent day(4th of july) and we malaysian are celebrating it...haha....The ADP(America Degree Program) held this event.....The organization was all incharged by the junior of the ADP.....they asked my materials lecturer to perform ,and he said if he want to perform he wants his engineering student to perform with him.....then since im a engineering student so he asked me to join him…..at first the songs that were choose are ‘better man’ by Robbie William and ‘I started a joke’ by beegees……we just practice with mr.jamal(materials lect) for only once, excluding the real day()that the rehearsal…..end up we din play ‘better man’ due to the health problem of mr.jamal….den simon replace him and he sang ‘caihong’ by jay chou .last minute we decided to play….v just gone through a few time b4 the event starts……but the feed back was kinda great….hahahaha
